**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach drums to students of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
- Develop and customize lesson plans based on student needs and goals.
- Provide instruction on drumming techniques, rhythm, notation, and performance.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, or competitions as needed.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest drumming techniques and teaching methods.
- Ensure instruments and equipment are properly maintained.
- Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in drumming across multiple styles (rock, jazz, pop, blues, etc.).
- Previous teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to read drum notation and teach music theory basics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching students of all ages.
- A degree or certification in music (preferred but not required).
- Experience with online teaching platforms (if applicable).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in live performance or studio recording.
- Ability to play additional instruments (a plus).
- Familiarity with digital drumming equipment and software.
