**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from new prospective customers, introducing products or services.
- Answer product-related queries and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and availability.
- Identify customer needs and connect them to our Technical specialist.
- Promote products or services and generate interest in new offerings.
- Capture and update customer information in the MIS system.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for each customer interaction.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- Ability to build rapport with new customers and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
