Position Title: Manual Tester

Experience: 2-3 Years

Gender: Male
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#,.NET) or scripting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with developers, project managers and stakeholders.
- Design, develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, Performance and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
- Analyze requirements and participate in test planning to ensure complete test coverage.
- Validate software performance under different scenarios and environments, including cross-browser and device testing.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the team.
- Provide detailed test reports and feedback to stakeholders to support product enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
