This position is responsible for coordinating internships and placements for eligible students of the
Institute. The person has to work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centers and relevant healthcare
service providers for maintenance of relationships, MOU tie ups and act as an interface between
these parties and the students in ensuring the smooth end-to end administration of maximum
internships and placements as per targets.

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY_**:

- Responsible for deploying students on internships and placements as per pre-identified
TAT
- Identifying and lining up relevant hospitals, diagnostic centers etc. in advance for
internship and placement opportunities
- Work closely with the corporate placement team in finalization of agreements and MOUs
with hospitals, diagnostic centers etc.
- Regularly liaising with employers and students to resolve any problems with the
internships and final placements of students.
- Working closely with the corporate placement team to identify and allot student
internships and placements, taking into consideration specific student and employer
requirements.
- Act as main point of contact for all employer partners and students interactions related to
Internships and Placements.
- Receive and manage all necessary documentation like internship letters and job offer
letters, salary slips
- Manage the administration of all relevant checks and clearances required for students
going into internships and placements
- Generating employment opportunities, interview alignment of students
- Regular monitoring and follow-ups of students during internships and after placement
- Conducting disha saathi sessions and interacting with students during the theory training
phase to set right industry expectations
- Regular interaction with employers for feedback about students
- Handling student grievances related to Internship and Placement alignment & ensuring
student satisfaction.
- Creating weekly and monthly reports as required by Centre CEO and Corporate Placement
team
- Complying with all company & departmental SOPs.

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
