- Receive and accession tissue specimens, ensuring accurate documentation of patient information and specimen details.
- Prepare tissue specimens for histological processing by embedding in paraffin blocks or frozen sections.
- Cut thin sections of tissue specimens using a microtome, ensuring proper orientation and section thickness.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Any other works assigned by head of the department.
