**Qualifications and Skills**

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in software testing, QA processes, or a related role.
- **Technical Expertise:Testing Tools**: Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or Appium.
- **Languages**: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automated testing.
- **Bug Tracking**: Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
- **Automation**: Understanding of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
