**Role**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and compelling content for different online platforms to attract and retain the target audience, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and identity.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance the overall marketing efforts.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Job Specification**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to take initiative and drive marketing projects independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
