**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)** from a recognized university is mandatory.
- **Preferred Background**:

- Teachers who have studied or taught in schools affiliated with the **ICSE/ISC Board (CISCE)** are preferred.
- **Communication**:

- Fluency in **English** is required, both spoken and written. English is the sole language of communication at school.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of teaching experience in a similar position at a reputed ICSE-affiliated school is preferred.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
**1. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Design, plan, and execute engaging lesson plans in line with the **ICSE curriculum**.

**2. Subject Mastery**:

- Use innovative teaching methods such as **practical examples, visual aids, and technology integration** to enhance the learning process.

**3. Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Prepare question papers, assignments, and worksheets for periodic evaluations.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate records of students' academic progress and provide reports as required by the school.

**4. Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and focused learning environment.
- Encourage students’ active participation in classroom activities.
- Manage individual differences and ensure every student’s learning needs are addressed.

**5. Co-curricular and Extracurricular Activities**:

- Participate and contribute to the school’s co-curricular programs and extracurricular activities as part of holistic development.
- Organize and support field trips, events, competitions, and school functions.

**6. Parental Interaction**:

- Actively engage with parents and guardians to discuss students’ academic progress, behavioral concerns, and achievements.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide detailed feedback.

**7. Continuous Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in **education and ICSE board policies**.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and educational seminars organized by the school or the board.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Gross Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
