**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily kitchen and service operations at the client site.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and service personnel to ensure smooth functioning.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and operational concerns.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate with procurement as needed.
- Manage team attendance, scheduling, and basic HR support.
- Prepare daily reports and escalate issues when required.
- Support in onboarding new staff and training them on operational SOPs.
- Be open to taking on new tasks related to service expansion, process improvement, or special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food service operations or hospitality supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and handle client-facing roles.
- Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / F&B Services.
- Experience working in industrial or institutional catering setups.
