Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Write original stories, scripts, and other narrative content that align with the company’s goals and audience preferences.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and authenticity in story details, settings, and characters.
- **Editing and Revising**: Edit and revise content based on feedback from editors, peers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality final products.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other writers, editors, designers, and creative professionals to brainstorm and develop story ideas and concepts.
- **Adherence to Guidelines**: Follow company guidelines and style standards to ensure consistency and quality in all written content.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- **Audience Engagement**: Understand and engage with the target audience, tailoring stories to meet their interests and preferences.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends, new storytelling techniques, and feedback to continuously improve writing skills and content quality.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a story writer, scriptwriter, or in a similar role. A portfolio of published or produced work is required.
- **Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in storytelling techniques and narrative structures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
