**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons that cater to the needs of students.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic excellence.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Prepare students for board examinations with a strong emphasis on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide individual support and mentorship to students as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience as a PGT Chemistry Teacher is preferred.
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching is a plus.
