**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of the photography team producing imagery, in line with Hopscotch brand requirements producing imagery for ecommerce websites (model shoots and flat styled product); Look book; in-online marketing; social media; etc.
- Knowledge of design principles to produce video formats various mediums.
- Ingest, edit, and output bast of the-class video content for creative, marketing and social.
- Ideate and create concept storyboards as per the provided brief.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for effective brand communication while following the company’s visual guidelines.
- Pick & Shortlist visuals and footage to be used in the video and arrange effects and music that adds to the narrative.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create videos for all marketing and product needs.
- Reorder and fine-tune content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video and time constraints are incorporated.
- Experience working on video timelines and adding video Transitions, Textual Overlays and Titles.
- Has knowledge of Color LUTs and worked on Color Grading to match different video clips.
- Can add in animations and video graphics using After Effects where needed.
- Experience in designing videos across multiple aspect ratios for use across multiple social platforms.
- Utilize online resources and product manuals available to understand product features and benefits scripted.
- Responsible for the efficiency and time management of post-production.
- Shoot videos mainly in a studio environment with few external locations work.
- Work closely with Styling and Retouch teams
- Ensure all images produced are consistent and to a high quality whilst achieving deadlines.
- Pro-actively managing your own workload.
- Keep up to date with photographic techniques relevant to your work.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to work accurately and to tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the industry’s latest techniques
- The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts.
- Creative eye for principles like composition, contrast, depth of field, lighting etc.
- A “driver” personality - action-oriented, great collaborator and master simplifier - constantly pushing towards clarity and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in photography or related concentration.
- 5+ year years of experience as a video editor in fashion brand (preferably).
- Ideally experienced in using Capture One Pro software and Adobe Creative Studio software (particularly Photoshop and Lightroom).
- Knowledgeable in photographic/retouch workflows and processes.
- Experienced in studio photographic process and set-up.
- Someone with exceptional technical photographic skills and experience of studio-based work.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
