**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business and system analysis strategies.
- Provide expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Develop detailed business analysis plans to support project objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all business analysis activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business analysis activities.
- Provide training and support to team members on business analysis best practices.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Ensure that all business analysis activities are completed on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a proven track record of successful business analysis and planning.
- Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
