Teach Hindi language and literature to students in grades 1 to 4, following the school’s curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the varied learning styles of young children.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, quizzes, and oral presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
- Foster communication and collaboration with parents and other teachers regarding student progress and school activities.
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with the school’s policies and promote a culture of respect and discipline.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development programs.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance overall teaching methods and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, especially with primary school students (Grades 1 to 4).
- Strong command of the Hindi language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with current teaching methods, student assessment techniques, and classroom management practices.
- Ability to engage young learners and create an interactive, student-centered learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, parents, and staff.
- Must be adaptable, motivated, and enthusiastic about teaching young children.
