**Description**
- Your main responsibilities
- Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers and the Product Owners/Solution Definition Managers.
- Based on high level business requirements, design and propose to Product Owners, Solution Definition Managers and Solution Architects solutions and alternative ways to manage the requirements based on the standard capabilities of BRIM platform, mainly SoM module.
- Knowledge of ABAP and WebUI.
- Knowledge of the Contract Lifecycle, Solution Quotations, Provider Orders and the change management processes.
- Good Debugging Skills
- Analyze the detailed impacts on existing processes end-to-end, from User Experience, Mediation, Billing till Data Analytics with the Functional Analysts on CC and CI, and with the Business Analysts in BST team.
- Analyze the detailed impacts on SoM module including the standard developments done for OTC, using the standard capabilities as much as possible.
- Define functional requirements for the SoM solution part using standard CC capabilities whenever possible
- Validate the detailed outcomes of the SoM solution after the change with Product Owners, Solution Definition Managers, peer Business Analysts to ensure the integration of CC changes in the end-to-end process integration (Mediation, SOM, CC, SD).
- Validate the detailed outcomes of the SoM solution after the change with internal customers to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
- Validate technical requirement from TPDS.
- Knowledge of Complete cycle from BIT to Invoice creation (Both SD and FI-CA routes)
- Support TPDS development team during the software implementation.
- Implement and test solution customization/configuration in CI module
- Execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests across BRIM components including own customization and software developments from TPDS.
- Coordinate user acceptance tests with internal customers and Operations team.
- Produce user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption (internal customers and Operations).
- Deliver the agreed solution on-time, within budget and according to specifications.
- Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance based on Operations improvement items.
- Review and validate the integration of the fix proposal from the support team into the end-to-end process and consistency of the Billing Automation processes in SoM.

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate/Post graduate with 5+ years' Experience
- Expert in SAP Subscription Order Management standard configuration and the Lead to Order and Order to Cash process.
- Expert in SoM Contracts and Orders.
- Good knowledge on SAP BRIM capabilities, components' integration end-to-end from Consumption Items (CIT) till the document distribution
- Good knowledge in ways to automate recurrent users' activities without needing to develop automation in SoM (RPA)
- Good knowledge in data analysis in standard tools (Wily,Excel) to support our analysis and measurements
- Implementation experience in SoM.
- Ability to write the documentation that describes what the customer expects of an engineering system. The documentation typically describes what is needed by the system user as well as requested properties of inputs and outputs. Includes: specifications, user guides, High Level Design documents, interfaces documentation, configuration details.
- Ability to think process wise, to design processes and improve processes.
