Csr Executive

**1.Greeting and Assisting Customers**:

- Arrive showroom on proper time at 10:30AM and scan face/finger for IN.
- Maintain proper grooming, dress up, combing, and net & clean, freshness with smile face.
- No use any gutkha, tobacco, pan masala and similar articles in the showroom.
- Check the showroom status and supporting person to welcome customer.
- Welcome customers as they enter the showroom with a friendly and approachable behaviour.
- Escort customers to specific product areas or departments as requested.
- Listen actively to customer inquiries or concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Maintain the register about customer data regarding footfall, return customer.
- Do not involve any unlawful activities (sex harassment, theft, misbehave, manhandling, etc.). If found then immediate management will take action.

**2. Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered in the showroom.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing.
- **Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints**:

- Address customer service-related inquiries or complaints handle promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries or complaints without interrupting.
- Empathize with customers and demonstrate a willingness to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused and thank the customer for bringing the matter to your attention.
- **Maintaining Showroom Appearance**:

- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times coordinate with Site In charge.
- Ensure that all members in showroom in proper grooming and maintain.
- Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.
- To ensure all activities are well during day and report to Site In charge, if any quarries about customer service, then inform to Site In charge for resolving.
- Send the customer data on daily basis to CSD.
- Scan face/finger for time OUT.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
