**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of AR /VR Machine at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and performance checks as per schedule.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repairs, and solutions.
- Document all service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time on site.
- Follow company protocols for safety, escalation, and service ticket management.
- Coordinate with the internal team for parts requests, complex issues, or scheduling.
- Train end-users on basic equipment operation and routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure tools and parts are stocked.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
