**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation & Skin Analysis**:

- Assess clients’ skin types and concerns through detailed consultations.
- Identify skin conditions such as acne, pigmentation, aging signs, and sensitivity.
- Recommend appropriate treatments based on skin analysis.

**Skincare Treatments & Procedures**:

- Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments.
- Provide specialized treatments for acne, pigmentation, anti-aging, and hydration.
- Use advanced skincare technologies like LED therapy, laser treatments, or micro-needling.
- Conduct exfoliation, extraction, and deep-cleansing treatments.

**Product & Service Recommendations**:

- Suggest suitable skincare products based on client needs.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and aftercare.
- Promote and sell professional skincare products and services.

**Hygiene & Safety Compliance**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Follow industry regulations and company protocols.

**Customer Service & Client Retention**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track treatment progress and follow up with clients.
- Ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in **Esthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology**.
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and treat various skin conditions.
- Experience with skincare technology and advanced treatments is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
