- Job Description for Training Encharge for a NGO_
- The personnel would be responsible for the complete training programs._
- _
- 2) Development and Implementation of the weekly, monthly and yearly syllabus in consultation_
- with the programme head. Detailed study of the market to develop industry friendly syllabus._
- 3) Contribute to the development of training modules related to the trade, life skills,_
- 4) Ensure regular quality assurance of capacity building, data and information collection from the_
- beneficiaries._

- 5) Coordination with partners, associates and other stakeholders in order to schedule and_
- implement project deliverables. _
- 6) Facilitate trainings for the trainers, mid management, non-teaching helping staff, other_
- stakeholders as per the agreed modules and methodologies. _
- 7) Accountable for the results of the trainings and ensure the quality of implementation meets_
- the predefined standards of the foundation. _
- 8) Conduct monitoring evaluation and learning exercises as per the agreed system with in the_
- project to ensure quality implementation. _
- 9) Develop high quality of reports / documentations in prescribed reporting formats such as_
- monthly, quarterly and annual reports._
