Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective instructional materials for assigned courses
- Facilitate classroom discussions and activities to promote student learning and engagement
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback on assignments, exams, and projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment methods
- Stay current with developments in the field of study and incorporate relevant content into teaching
- Provide academic advising and support to students as needed
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in the relevant field of study
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students in the learning process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment
