**FOR ITI FITTER**: Roles & Responsibility - Fitter Maintenance Job Objective Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of plant rotary & static equipment & all shift activities. Key deliverables Reduce equipment downtime by doing preventive ,predictive & breakdown maintenance. Shift maintenance activities. 1. ITI Pass in Fitter Trade & 4 to 6 years of work experiences. Key Roles/Responsibilities: - Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks and respond to breakdowns promptly to ensure continuous operation of plant rotary and static equipment. Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to prevent potential failures and prolong equipment lifespan. Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance of various equipment including centrifugal pumps, water ring vacuum pumps, reciprocating pumps, gearboxes, agitators, valves, blowers, air compressors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, mechanical seals, cooling towers, etc. Possess comprehensive understanding of the operation, components, and maintenance requirements for each type of equipment listed. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical seals to prevent leakage and ensure equipment integrity. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing equipment maintenance and operation. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and repairs performed. Generate detailed reports documenting equipment condition, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvement. - Internal Interfaces : HOD AND STAFF - External Interfaces: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: - Qualification : ITI (FITTER) - 04 to 06 Years of experience. - Good communication and interpersonal skills required. - Good fluency in language and keen to learn conversational Hindi and Gujarati. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
