**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Create, update, and maintain reports and sales trackers using **Google Sheets** and **Excel**.
- Monitor and manage customer orders, follow up with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Prepare and analyze sales data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Help schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare presentations for sales meetings.
- Ensure CRM and sales databases are up to date and accurate.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in **Google Sheets** and **Microsoft Excel**, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Excel Charts) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
