**Job Role**: Controls Engineer / Robotics Engineer

**Experience**: Diploma (Mechatronics/EEE) / B.E (Mechatronics/EEE/Robotics and Automation) with 3 plus years’ experience with System Integration projects.

**Salary**: up to Rs.60,000 per month CTC
- Responsible for Design and Drawing electrical drawings using 2D CAD / EPLAN.
- Architect, write and debug PLC code, HMI & ROBOT programs that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable
- Generate HMI screens for complex machinery and provide documentation for use and troubleshooting
- Manage electrical cabinet builds and field wiring
- Select and size electrical and electromechanical components such as servos, 3 phase motors, analog and digital sensor, and safety-rated components
- Train internal team to support automated equipment after deployment
- Identify, develop and design control panels, as well as provide improvements and upgrades to control systems
- Report performance trends/issues to management and recommend solutions
- Develop standard operating procedures and train personnel on all new systems
- Define control system and instrumentation maintenance requirements and procedures
- Identify instrumentation deficiencies and suggest alternatives
- Assist multi-discipline engineering team in creating meaningful alarms and periodically check their effectiveness
- Creating the BOM.
- Debugging the machines at shop, site & Online.
- Travel will be involved extensively for Installation & Commissioning.
- Preparation of reports and documentation as and when required.
- Willing to learn and extensive Robot and PLC programming.
- Willing to update with latest technologies and use it for work.
- Train the colleagues or juniors as required.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Diploma / BE in Electrical/Mechatronics/Robotics and Automation Engineering or 3+ years working at an industrial manufacturing facility along with related instrumentation/automation certifications.
- Software knowledge: PLC programming, experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell RS, Vision
- ROBOT programming (ABB, FANUC etc).
- Experience in design, operation, and maintenance of industrial control systems
- Strong data and system analysis, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, persistence, good judgment, and attention to detail
- ProfiNET, Modbus tcp/IP, ethernet i/p and Kepware experience a plus
- Familiarity with High Performance HMI best practices a plus
- Proficiency in creating detailed schematics and models in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) a plus
- Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases a plus
- Text-based programming (C,C++, Python) a plus
- Must be a good problem solver and enjoy a dynamic, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in the same time frame
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
