- Develop tailored lesson plans, exercises, and assessments to suit various learning levels and styles.
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions, providing personalized feedback and guidance to learners.
- Assess language proficiency levels and track progress, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay informed about current teaching methods and best practices in English language training.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring active participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance the training curriculum and approach.
- Adapt teaching methods as needed to cater to the diverse needs of learners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly to adult learners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adjust teaching techniques to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
