**Responsibilities: -** Lead business development initiatives, including researching new opportunities, generating leads, and cold calling prospective customers. - Foster and develop client relationships, meeting face-to-face or via phone, understanding customer needs, and responding effectively. - Think and work strategically to improve business operations, including drawing up contracts, advising on products/services, and ensuring organizational alignment. - Plan and implement sales campaigns, create a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, and seek ways to improve business operations. - Liaise with finance, warehousing, and logistics departments, attend relevant seminars and events, and keep abreast of business trends and changes. - Train team members, arrange external training, and develop sales forecasts and marketing strategies to increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industry-related business development experience
- Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
