The legal team at our organization has a range of responsibilities, including analyzing business requirements to ensure legal compliance, managing contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and more. **About the Role**

The compliance team at our organization is responsible to develop, implement and manage the seven elements of compliance required of US healthcare organizations. This requires proactive efforts like developing policy and training and also responding to any reported concerns. As a member of our collaborative and dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to these efforts and take the next step in your career.

**A Day in the Life**
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage the compliance log to help facilitate timely resolution of matters, and prepare summary analytic reports about the matters logged
- Manage the compliance plan to help facilitate completion of planned tasks
- Assist with planning and documentation of committee meetings
- Collaborate with different departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory agencies and senior management.
- Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
- Perform planned audit and monitoring activities such as exclusion checks, BAA audits and other tasks.
- Assist with responding to customer compliance inquiries
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and recommend enhancements to the compliance program.

***What You Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
