Mechanical Service Technician

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Installation and commissioning of packing machineries
- Breakdown and maintenance at customer factory location
- Alteration and modification works
- Drilling, tapping and sheet metal fabrication
- Fabrication and welding works
- Visit milling and lathe workshops to machine/alter components
- Precision alignment of bearing and shafts
- Replacement of shafts, plumber blocks, cylinders etc
- Driving two-wheeler to customer location on time.

**Skillset**
- Metal fabrication experience
- Experienced in handling power tools (Hand-drill and Angle grinder)
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Arc Welding
- Skilled in using Venier Calliper and micrometres
- Machining knowledge (Milling, turning, surface grinding)
- Precision alignment and assembly skill
- Two-wheeler driving skill
- Willingness to travel (within 50km)

**Qualification**
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical field
- Valid driving license

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Power tools: 1 year (required)
- Metal fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
- Arc Welding: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tamil (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- ITI or Diploma certificate (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
