**Job Title**: Telesales Executive

**Job Location**: Nagpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: 12,000 To 15,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote products/services to potential clients over the phone.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Record and maintain customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively respond to customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and opportunities, converting them into sales.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred.
