About Us

One82 is a U.S.based Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in **Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and AI solutions**. We support **accounting firms, law practices, boutique financial services, and energy sector clients** who rely on secure, compliant, high-performance IT environments.

We are looking for a **Tier 3 MSP Technical Lead** to join our team in India. This role is _**primarily remote**_ but requires **onsite support in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (on average once per week or as needed).**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize **Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, and IT Glue** environments
- Oversee escalated tickets, ensuring high-quality and timely resolution
- Lead IT projects: scope, plan, implement, communicate, and stay on budget
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers to improve service delivery standards
- Configure and manage **Microsoft 365, Intune, and conditional access policies**:

- Lead **cybersecurity initiatives**, including incident handling and risk reduction
- Manage **backup and disaster recovery solutions**:

- Perform periodic **onsite visits in Kakinada** for infrastructure support and project work

Required Experience
- **5+ years in MSP environments** with Tier 3-level responsibilities
- Hands-on expertise with **Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, IT Glue**:

- Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft 365, Intune, and mobile device management**:

- Strong background in **cybersecurity frameworks, incident handling, and best practices**:

- Proven ability to **lead IT projects** in client environments
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to **travel to Kakinada once per week on average**:

- **Must speak fluent and excellent english.**

Compensation

Salary range**:₹18,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per year** (depending on experience and expertise).
