Job Title: Sales Assistant - Real Estate Site Sales Office

Location: New Panvel

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Presentation
- Explain the features, benefits, and specifications of our real estate project to clients.

2. Sample Flat Tours
- Address any queries or concerns clients may have during the walkthrough, creating a welcoming and positive experience.

3. Client Follow-up
- Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to nurture interest and provide timely updates.

4. Cold Calling
- Introduce prospective clients to the project and schedule appointments for site visits.

5. Sales Preparation
- Work closely with clients, helping them understand the buying process and preparing them for final decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse client profiles.
- Highly organized, with good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
