**Job Summery:

The **Used Car Loan Sales Executive** is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and facilitating loan approval processes for used car financing. The role requires excellent sales skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to meet targets in a competitive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers interested in used car loans through cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Generate leads by collaborating with car dealerships, showrooms, and other partners.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers to understand their financing needs and offer appropriate loan products.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly.
- **Loan Processing**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships to generate a steady flow of leads.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for used car loan disbursements.
- Track sales performance and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience:

- **1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in car loans, personal loans, or financial services.
- Experience in working with car dealerships is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
