- Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS configurations and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in LIMS technology.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of LIMS processes and practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all LIMS projects.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in LIMS solutions to benefit the companys goals and societal impact.

**Qualifications**
- Must have experience in LIMS with a strong technical background.
- Nice to have experience in OMOP FHIR and HL7.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must have the ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
