**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and create engaging video content that aligns with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Take ownership of the entire video production process from concept to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Develop visually stunning motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and elevate brand storytelling.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that convey the desired message and evoke emotional responses from the audience.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and tone across all video content produced.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and animation to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and bring concepts to life through compelling visuals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and proficiency in both areas.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Expertise in motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling principles, cinematography, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually stunning and emotionally compelling content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in branding and marketing video production is a plus.
- Knowledge of the tea industry or a willingness to learn about it is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
