**Responsibilities**:

- **ITR Preparation & Filing**: Collect financial data, prepare income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients regarding tax documents, deadlines, and any required information.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize records, receipts, and supporting documents for ITR filing.
- **Tax Planning & Advisory**: Assist in tax planning and provide advisory services to optimize tax liabilities.
- **Coordination with Authorities**: Respond to inquiries or notices from tax authorities and assist during assessments or audits.
- **Updates & Reporting**: Stay updated on tax legislation changes and report on the filing status and deadlines to senior CAs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tax filing or related work.
- Knowledge of income tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax filing software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
