**Job Description: PDP Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging sessions on Personality Development, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills.
- Design and deliver customized training modules to enhance student confidence, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in personal development and incorporate them into training.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in personality development training or a related field.
- Ability to connect with students and motivate them effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
