**Job Description: In-Process Quality Control Specialist - Ayurvedic Manufacturing Company**

**Position Overview**:As an In-Process Quality Control Specialist at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our Ayurvedic products throughout the manufacturing process. Your expertise in conducting rigorous quality control checks and ensuring adherence to standards will directly contribute to the success of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough quality control inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process, including material handling, formulation, mixing, filling, and packaging.
- Perform visual, physical, and analytical tests on in-process products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and take immediate corrective actions as necessary.
- Document detailed and accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, observations, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to in-process quality control.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives, using quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing timely updates on quality control findings and collaborating to address process-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits related to in-process quality control, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Stay informed about industry developments and advancements in quality control methodologies to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
