**Job Title**: Interior Supervision - Operations
**Location**: pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Operations Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day on-site interior work and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to streamline operations.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure all installations (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) comply with design plans and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, site photographs, and inventory.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure timely snag list closures.
- Track and manage material usage and site labor efficiency.
- Assist in project handover and client walkthroughs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or operations.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior execution processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar project tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
