**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops in areas related to management studies.
- Mentoring and advising students on academic and career matters.
- Engaging in research activities and publishing in reputable academic journals.
- Contributing to the development of curriculum and academic programs.
- Participating in departmental and institutional initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. degree in Management with specialisation of Finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of management studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
- Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is preferred. 3-10 years of Teaching and Industry experience.
