**Job Title**: Preschool Teacher

**Location**: Baner, Pune
**Qualification**: ECCEd / NTT / MTT
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Gender**: Female
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
- Conduct interactive sessions including storytelling, rhymes, music, and art & craft.
- Foster children’s emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment.
- Observe and document each child’s progress and share updates with parents.
- Support school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in **ECCEd / NTT / MTT** (mandatory).
- **1-2 years** of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching.
- Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a love for children.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in **English** (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
