**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage, either visually or through insurance documentation.
- Prepare accurate estimates in collaboration with body shop technicians.
- Communicate repair timelines and costs to customers and insurance providers.
- Schedule repairs and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, repairs, and billing.
- Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns.
- Process insurance claims and ensure compliance with insurance company requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
