**Qualification**
- MSC in Medical Surgical Nursing

**Experience**
- 0-1 Year

**Duties**
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions on topics related to pediatrics, nurse management, care plans, and research
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support course delivery and student engagement
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students to foster their academic and professional growth

**Skills**
- Proficiency in patient care practices and critical care procedures
- Experience in adult education or higher education teaching
- Strong ability to educate and communicate complex concepts effectively
- Knowledge of pediatrics and nurse management principles
- Ability to develop care plans and conduct research in the healthcare field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
