**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As an On-Job Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in the following areas:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and help manage social media accounts.
- Support in creating content for various digital platforms.

**Python Development**:

- Collaborate with the development team on coding and debugging tasks.

**Java Development**:

- Work with senior developers to understand Java programming concepts.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and software development tasks.

**Recruitment**:

- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Gain exposure to various recruitment tools and techniques.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Learn and assist in lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Support the team in managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Contribute to market research and business development initiatives.

**Graphic Designing**:

- Assist in creating visual content for marketing and branding purposes.
- Collaborate on design projects and support in maintaining brand consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in one of the specified domains.
- Basic understanding of relevant tools, technologies, and methodologies (based on the domain).
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
