Racw Trainer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) Trainer** to conduct hands-on training programs in **HVAC systems, refrigeration technology, and air conditioning maintenance**. The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to students, technicians, and professionals, ensuring they acquire the necessary technical skills and industry knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on **refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance**.
- Develop **training materials, manuals, and hands-on practice modules** aligned with industry standards.
- Train participants on **refrigeration cycle, cooling load calculation, system components, and refrigerant handling**.
- Educate trainees on **electrical controls, piping systems, compressors, condensers, and evaporators**.
- Provide hands-on training on **diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring energy efficiency**.
- Demonstrate the use of **HVAC tools, safety procedures, and environmental regulations**.
- Assess trainee performance through practical tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with **advancements in HVAC technology, energy-efficient solutions, and government regulations**.
- Guide and mentor trainees to prepare them for industry certifications and job placements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field**.
- Minimum **[X] years of experience** in HVAC installation, servicing, or training.
- Strong knowledge of **refrigeration principles, air conditioning systems, and HVAC design**.
- Proficiency in **diagnostics, repair techniques, and HVAC system optimization**.
- Familiarity with **safety protocols, refrigerant gas handling, and industry standards (ASHRAE, EPA, ISHRAE, etc.)**.
- Excellent **communication, teaching, and presentation skills**.
- Ability to conduct **both classroom and hands-on training sessions**.

**Job Type**: स्थायी

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
