**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, target audience behaviors, and competitors' strategies to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative and innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Support in managing social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Help maintain and update the company website and ensure its user-friendliness, relevance, and accuracy.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Support the team in any ad-hoc digital marketing tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to pursue a career in this field.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms will be an advantage (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Highly organized with good time management skills.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,594.26 per month
