We are seeking a talented and motivated **Graphics Designer** to join our creative team. If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy creating visually compelling content, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Develop and iterate on design ideas, providing options and refining based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in graphic design.
- **Software Proficiency**: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva is must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and previous work.
- Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to adapt designs for various platforms and formats (social media, websites, print, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Preferred Skills**
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working in the healthcare or digital marketing sector is a plus.
