**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Experience Level**: 2-5 years.

**Budget**: Hike on current CTC.

**Role Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Counselor with 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for devising and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our institution's online presence and attract prospective students. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, optimize digital campaigns, and provide personalized guidance to students interested in our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our educational programs through various marketing channels.
- Communicate effectively with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and needs, and provide them with information about our programs and admissions process.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospective students to encourage them to consider our institution for their educational needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop calling scripts, training materials, and call lists to optimize calling campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in digital marketing and education to enhance calling strategies and achieve enrollment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
