**Job Summary**

As a Security In
- Charge with Kalasagar Hotel you will be responsible for: Supervising a team of Security Personnel. Should be familiar with overall premises. Regularly patrol and spot-check premises. They’re responsible for monitoring security protocols and ensuring policies are followed correctly.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organizing and managing the security personnel in a structure or specific region.
- Overseeing the team of security personnel to ensure every security guideline, procedure, and policy is being followed.
- Performing routine inspections in the premises.
- Monitoring activities on security camera video monitors.
- Ensuring that the premises is kept neat & clean.
- Ensure that the security guards have the right values and approach towards their duties and they are in proper uniform, neat and clean.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Qualification**: 10th, 12th pass.

**Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

**Experience:

- **2-3 yrs.

**Salary**: ₹18000- 20000 PER MONTH.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
