**Job Summary**:
We are hiring motivated and physically fit individuals for the **Picker Packer** role at Blinkit's warehouse. Your job will be to **pick, pack, and process online customer orders** accurately in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick products from shelves as per order lists
- Pack orders securely and label them for dispatch
- Ensure items are damage-free and correct
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanners or mobile devices
- Support loading/unloading as required
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to warehouse safety norms

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Minimum 10th Pass (12th preferred)
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours
- Basic reading and writing skills (Hindi/English)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Warehouse experience preferred (but not mandatory)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month (depending on location & shift)
