**Job Description**:
1. **Field Sales Activities**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential B2B clients to understand their communication needs.
- Showcase MyOperators suite of services through on-site presentations.

2. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research and on-the-ground networking.
- Generate leads through various channels and establish a strong sales pipeline.

3. **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong, in-person client relationships.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet clients specific communication requirements.

4. **Sales Negotiation**:

- Conduct negotiations on-site, effectively communicating the value proposition of MyOperators products and services.
- Close deals in alignment with company goals.

5. **Relationship Management**:

- Ensure excellent post-sales support and on-site assistance to enhance client satisfaction.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.

6. **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics through field observations.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance MyOperators offerings.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of field sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on field sales performance.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B field sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
