As a Graphic Designer at Kids Mandi, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our board games, ensuring they captivate our audience and stand out in the market. In addition to designing compelling game components, you will also be responsible for managing product photography and contributing to our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Board Game Design:
Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for various components of board games, including cards, game boards, rulebooks, and packaging.

Collaborate with the product development team to bring game concepts to life through imaginative and user-friendly graphic elements.

Product Photography:
Coordinate and execute high-quality product photoshoots to showcase our board games in their best light.

Edit and enhance product images for use in marketing materials, online platforms, and promotional content.

Social Media Management:
Develop visually appealing content for our social media channels to engage our community and promote our products.

Work closely with the marketing team to create graphics, banners, and other visual assets for online campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing board game design work.

Familiarity with the board gaming industry trends and aesthetics.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Photography Skills:
Experience in product photography, including lighting setup and editing.

Ability to capture the essence of board games in a visually appealing manner.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Social Media Savvy:
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Ability to create visually engaging content for various social media channels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
